Cookies and Cream OREO cookies

Cookies and Cream Oreo Cookies

Yields approximately 25 cookies

Ingredients:

1/2 C butter, softened
1/2 C Brown Sugar
1/2 C Granulated Sugar
1 (4.2 oz) Package Oreo Pudding Mix
2 tsp Vanilla
1 Egg
3/4 tsp Baking Soda
1 C All Purpose Flour
15 Oreo Cookies
3/4 C White/Milk Chocolate chips

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 2. Cream both the butter and the sugars 3. Add the egg and vanilla4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients: baking soda, flour, pudding mix 5.  Gently mix dry ingredients with wet ingredients6. Stir in crushed Oreo cookies {*optional to add chocolate chips at this point) 7. Roll cookies onto a lightly greased cookie sheet 8. Bake for 10-12 minutes (slightly under cooked is better, so check them at 10 minutes)
