Ingredients:

1 lb Lean Ground Beef
1 Egg
1/2 C Italian Bread Crumbs
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
1 Jar Pasta Sauce
Hoagie buns/rolls
1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded

Instructions:

1. combine ground beef with egg, bread crumbs, garlic powder and salt and pepper; mix to combine 2. Form mixture into (12) 1 in. round balls, and place evenly at the bottom of a crockpot. 3. Set crockpot on low for 6-8 hours or high 4-5 hours (depending on your crockpot), or until meatballs are cooked through 4. Serve meatballs in the hoagie buns, sprinkle some cheese on top and place in the oven set to broil for up to 10 minutes to melt the cheesy goodness.
