Honey Teriyaki Salmon


Salmon Fillets (4, 40z)
1/2 C Teriyaki Sauce
1/2 C Soy Sauce
1/4 C Honey
4 cloves Garlic, minced
1/4 C Cornstarch


1. Mix together the marinade (garlic, teriyaki sauce, soy sauce and honey). 2. Pour marinade over salmon in one big bowl, and let sit for 30 minutes3. Pour some olive oil into a frying pan and heat to medium heat 4. Take your first fillet and coat it with cornstarch, then set it in the frying pan and cook on each side for about 5 minutes / Served with sauteed asparagus and garlic and herb couscous
