Chicken Fried Rice

 Ingredients:

2-3 Cups Cooked White/Brown Rice
3 Tbs Sesame Oil
1 Cup frozen peas and carrots
1 Small Onion, chopped
2 tsp Minced Garlic
2 Eggs, slightly beaten
1/4 Cup Soy Sauce

Instructions:
1. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat //2. Cook the peas, carrots and onion and garlic, until tender //3. Push the mix up to one side, and slowly pour in the egg mixture and cook until scrambled 4// Next add the rice and pour the soy sauce over it all. Stir fry until heated through. 5// You can also stir fry chicken breast pieces and throw it into the mix!
