Gnocchi with Garlic Parmesan Cream Sauce

 

Ingredients:

 

1 package Potato Gnocchi
1/2 Cup Heavy Cream
2 Cloves of Garlic, minced
1 Cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
3 Tbl Butter
S&P as desired

Ok so I didn’t actually make the Gnocchi myself, I know, I know…. lazy! haha! But this is a great quick meal or side dish when you’re in a hurry and have a package of gnocchi on hand!

Ingredients:

1 package Potato Gnocchi
1/2 Cup Heavy Cream
2 Cloves of Garlic, minced
1 Cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
3 Tbl Butter
S&P as desired

Instructions:

1. Pour the heavy cream and minced garlic into medium sauce pan, and heat on medium heat until it starts to simmer. //2 Next pour in the shredded Parmesan cheese and stir constantly for approximately 1-2 minutes. //3 Lastly add the butter and S&P and stir until well combined. //4 Meanwhile have your gnocchi cooking in boiling water for about 2-3 minutes; they are done when they rise to the top of the water. //5 Strain the cooked gnocchi and pour the sauce over the pasta and serve warm! YUM!!
