Sweet Crepes

6 Eggs
1 Cup Flour
1/4 Cup Sugar
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Vanilla
2 Cups Milk



1. Mix the batter and let sit for approximately 30 minutes before cooking. //2 Heat a large non-stick skillet, and melt 1 Tbl butter 3// Slowly pour about a 1/4 Cup of batter into the skillet and swirl in a circle motion back and forth to spread the batter. It should be thin and just barely cover the surface. You can pour extra out if needed. 4// With a rubber spatula carefully go around the edges of the crepe to loosen them; when the edges start to brown a little, slowly lift the crepe with your spatula and finger and carefully flip. 5// Cook on the opposite side for 1-2 minutes; it doesn’t take long once the pan is hot.

Serve with any toppings that you love; some that we like are: Strawberries, bananas, whipped cream, powdered sugar, jam, syrup, peanut butter.
