Ingredients:

1 lb Beef Stew Meat
1 Cup Beef Broth
1/2 Cup Low Sodium Soy Sauce
1/3 Cup Dark Brown Sugar
1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
3 tsp Garlic Powder (or garlic cloves, minced)
2 Tbsp Cornstarch
Leftover sauce from crockpot
2 Cups Fresh Broccoli Florets (I used one head of broccoli)
White rice, cooked (approximately 1 Cup of rice)

Instructions:

1. Stir together the broth, soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil and garlic powder //2 Place the (thawed) beef stew meat into the crockpot evenly and pour the sauce mixture over the meat //3 Cook on low for 4 hours (my crockpot cooks SUPER fast, so you may need to cook longer, as in 6 hours). //4 When the meat is cooked, pour the leftover sauce into a sauce pan and whisk in the cornstarch. Bring to a boil and then simmer; the sauce should thicken up. //5 Pour the sauce back into the crockpot with the meat and toss in the chopped up broccoli. //6 Set the crockpot for 30 more minutes to cook the broccoli //7 Serve over white rice and enjoy!
