Double Chocolate Banana Bread

What’s better than banana bread? CHOCOLATE banana bread! This recipe is so moist and so chocolate-y, it is deeeelicious! This is my new favorite banana bread recipe! 






3 Medium very ripe bananas
1/2 Cup Butter, melted
3/4 Cup Brown Sugar
1 large Egg
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/4 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
1 Cup All Purpose Flour
1/2 Cup Cocoa Powder
1 Cup Chocolate chips or White Chocolate chips


1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Butter a loaf pan

2. Mash bananas in a large bowl. (It will end up being a little over 1 cup of banana)

3. Whisk in melted butter, brown sugar, vanilla, and egg; mix well

4. Next pour in the baking soda, salt, cinnamon, flour and cocoa powder into the wet ingredients

5. Stir the dry and wet ingredients with a spoon, careful not to over mix. Fold in chocolate chips

6. Pour into prepared pan and bake for 55 minutes, or until a knife comes out clean. Serve warm
