This is such a quick, and simple recipe to create a wonderful topping for any type of dessert or even to just eat plain! I love the soft, caramelized flavor of the banana & honey with a little spice from the cinnamon.
1 Medium banana
1 Tbs. Butter
2 Tbs. Honey
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/8 tsp Salt
1. Peel bananas, and slice into 1/2 slices
2. Heat the butter in a non-stick skillet, then add the honey, cinnamon and salt
3. Place bananas in skillet and fry for about 4-5 minutes and then flip, cook until they start to get brown and sticky
4. Once cooked, you can use them as toppings to desserts, or eat them plain!
